Beautiful Flowers

Well, life sure does take some unexpected curves along the journey. My unexpected path was when I recieved a phone call from my mom about my Uncle Jack. He passed away in his sleep on Valentine's Day. I'll never experience Valentine's Day the same. I think about his wife....Valentine's Day will be a bittersweet day for her.

At the funeral there were some beautiful flowers. So I took some pictures of them. This one was out in the foyer. Sorta tropical looking and very pretty.







I can't remember which arrangement was from who. But one of these was from my parents and my Uncle Kevin and his wife.

















The other arrangement was from the nieces and nephew on Jack's side of the family. His side of the family with nieces and nephews was alot smaller than on Margaret's side. She has 11 brothers and sisters which make alot of nieces and nephews. Jack was truly loved by all of his nieces and nephews and even his great-nieces and nephews (my kids included).










Here is Margaret after an extremely busy weekend. The funeral is over and everyone is beginning to return home. Margaret is such a strong person and I admire her for that. She has such a great family and I'm glad we got to know all of them.
