Fish House Parade!!

AHHHH!! A balmy day for a parade! Its not just any parade.....Its the FISH-HOUSE PARADE. As you can see in the picture its high noon and the temperature just jumped up to 31 degrees when Randy took the picture. Oh! Are you asking what in the world is the fish-house parade? Its a tradition that this little town does every year the day after Thanksgiving. And its a parade of fish-houses. Most fish-houses are done up quite creative and they are usually advertising some community buisness or events. This is my second one that I've attended.

Here's Randy and the kids. They are all waiting patiently. Can you see them? Can you tell what eyes belong to whom?
I did have to question Randy if it was necessary to bundle up this much. But he
truely is the expert. We kept warm. And if you're warm, then you have fun. We saw people in shorts there. CRAZY!!!!! There was one guy that we were watching. We think he thought he was going to prove some kind of point....(it was crazy for us) But anyway, he started jumping up and down and running up and down the sidewalk. We didn't see him for a bit....he showed up again in long pants and a coat.
This was one entry in the fish-house parade. They thought it was balmy too. They are in dry suits and, yes, they're sitting in water.
Here's a fish-house. Can't remember what it was advertising. But we thought it was done up nice.
This fish-house was one of our favorites. Its a transformer fish-house. It first starts out looking like a normal boxy fish-house. But, as you can see, the red part pops up, and then arms pop out the sides of the red part. We thought they were quite creative. And we just watched the movie too and all of us loved that movie. So, thats another reason this one was such a big hit.
This took the cake. I don't know if you can see it very well in the picture, but this dog is wearing a little shirt and on the side its written "dog fish" Very cute. The dog is chowing down on candy that was dropped in the middle of the road.
