ok I'm bummed. I just got done writing a huge little blog and it didn't post it and now its gone! ARGH! Now I have to remember what I said! The basic idea was that Randy is recovering well. Its slower than what he would like it to be, but he's on track. The pictures are his first outing which was to AppleBee's. That was enough stimulation for one evening for him. Just this past Thursday Randy got his knee scoped. The surgeon was extremely pleased to tell me that Randy's knee wasn't as bad as what the MRI was suggesting. Randy's ACL is partially torn, but not totally ruptered. Thats why he had stability in his knee. Also, only one part of his knee had some torn cartilage. So that was cleaned up and the surgeon anticipates no more surgeries for Rand
y. Do I think its just lucky that Randy's knee wasn't as bad as what the MRI suggested? Of course not. Many prayers have been said for Randy and I believe that God answered our prayers. Even though God has to allow awful things to happen, I believe He had a say in the severity of his injuries. So, thank you to all of you who have been praying for Randy. Even though Randy is on the recovering end now, it will still be a slow process. We're anticipating that Randy will be off of work for most of the summer. We're trying to be positive about that. Randy will have a great summer with our kids! Randy has the makings of a huge garden that he and the kids will be working on. He will help Calvin and Carlie with their mowing job at the church. I'm sure he'll find time to go fishing with the kids on our pontoon too. So, when the weather decides to cooperate, we're ready to have a great summer. We've just plain missed spring. Anyway, lets see if this blog gets posted.

Glad to hear that Randy is on track!! We're still praying as he recovers. It does sound like the summer will be nice with the kids. VERY VERY nice picture of Carlie and mommy!!!!!

We knew Randdy wanted to get the knee done soon but here it is all over! Glad it went ok. This Thur. Dad will be having out patient hernia surgery. He has the blood work done tomorrow. Mom O.

We've been and will still pray for his recovery.
Been thinkin' about his situation? A summer off? The pain of Physical therapy?
Nah, I'll continue to work! :)
